Location: Netherhart Rd – Mississauga
Reports to: Parts Manager

Evening 3:30pm to Midnight Shift.

What You’ll Do: As a Parts and Service Advisor, you’ll be the go-to resource for parts and service support — assisting both our technicians and customers.

80% Parts Focus:

  • Manage inventory and ensure parts availability
  • Support technicians and service staff with timely part sourcing
  • Handle counter, phone, and walk-in inquiries from customers
  • Source and order non-stock or specialty parts
  • Receive, stock, and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Generate parts invoices and track pending orders

20% Service Focus:

  • Support customers with basic service inquiries
  • Assist in updating and managing technician work orders

Who You’ll Work With:

  • A collaborative team of service managers, technicians, and advisors
  • A mix of internal teams and loyal external customers

Must-Haves:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in parts, retail, or service advisory roles
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory systems
  • Valid driver’s license

Physical & Work Requirements:

  • Evening shift work with exposure to shop environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for periods of time.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Forklift license
  • Post-secondary education or technical training
  • Mechanical aptitude or experience with vehicle/equipment part
