Service Coordinator
Location: Netherhart Rd – Mississauga

Thermo King Eastern Canada sells services and reconditions all major brands of transport equipment to manage temperature control environments for food and other perishables. We are a fast growing company looking for a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our winning team in Mississauga. We sell, service, and recondition all major brands of transport refrigeration equipment and are committed to delivering the highest level of service to our customers.
As a Service Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in helping us maintain our exceptional customer relationships while driving operational success. Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatching road service technicians and coordinating their schedules
- Act as the Customer Service Representative at the front counter
- Manage ingate and outgate units for service and installations
- Dispatch shunter vehicles and coordinate with service vehicles
- Organize service for vehicles and issue PO#s to vendors
- Track road service projects using spreadsheets
- Maintain strong customer relationships by explaining estimates, obtaining customer approvals, and managing customer PO#s
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Bilingual in French and English (asset)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to use judgment and tact when dealing with inquiries
- Ability to manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
- Accurate data entry skills
- Exceptional customer service and strategic problem-solving abilities
