We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at our St. Laurent location.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide front-counter customer service and assist with customer inquiries and service requests.
- Offer proactive status updates on work progress and completion.
- Ingate and outgate units for service and installations, and dispatch shunter vehicles.
- Liaise with service vehicles and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Maintain strong customer rapport by explaining estimates and obtaining approval for repairs or service.
- Invoice customer POs and ensure accurate records are maintained for all services performed.
Qualifications:
- Preferably bilingual (French and English). In this role, you may be required to serve clients or occasionally read and speak in English (approximately 25% of the time).
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role (required).
- Fully bilingual in French and English (required). As part of the role, you may occasionally read and speak in English (approximately 25% of the time).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
