Data sharing partnerships and an advanced mobile app are now part of Thermo King’s ConnectedSuite™ portfolio of solutions.

Thermo King, provider of climate-controlled solutions designed for the transport of refrigerated food, medicines and other perishables goods have enhanced the customer experience by partnering with leading telematics and mobile app providers to offer a dynamic range of cloud-based data sharing and accessibility options.
The ConnectedSuite™ telematics portfolio which utilizes Thermo King’s leading TracKing® temperature and asset management system at the core along with the Thermo King Connect mobile app, has expanded partnerships with third party providers to integrate more real-time data across the telematics network.  Fleet customers have even more flexibility and data sharing potential to track and trace individual deliveries across their fleet without the need for extra hardware and related installation requirements.

Thermo King Connect App

Available to all Thermo King TracKing® and non-TracKing® users, the Connect app gives TracKing® subscribers access to the reefer unit operation, location and status data, along with dynamic notification alerts for every reefer unit in the temperature control fleet. 
The Connect app also lets customers connect a reefer over Bluetooth and provides a built in SOS function that helps locate, navigate and offer direct connect phone dialling with the nearest Thermo King dealer.  Thermo King customers can download the latest Connect app for iOS or Android which replaces the legacy Thermo King Reefer and Notify apps.  Users have access to a complete management interface that lets them view and clear alarms, send two-way commands and access unit quick-start guides, alarm code sheets, and user manuals.

NOTE: Thermo King customers that are not a registered TracKing® user can still access the dealer locator and SOS functions from the Connect app as well as Thermo King product manuals and guides.

Data Sharing Partnerships

By expanding strategic data sharing partnerships, Thermo King customers can now easily integrate their TracKing®  telematics equipment with partner systems without the need for additional hardware.

Available on every Thermo King Precedent® trailer unit since 2018 as well as the latest T-90 Series of truck units, customers can opt-in, authorize and have immediate access to cloud-based, secure data integrations with a growing number of partner systems including fleet management, freight brokerage, and other related telematics solution providers.  Contact a local Thermo King Eastern Canada branch to inquire about the latest partner integrations that are available on the telematics platform.
